UNT Sexual Misconduct CEO Reports

Under the Texas Education Code (TEC), Section 51.258(c), the institution's Chief Executive Officer is required to submit a data report at least once during each fall or spring semester to the institution's governing body and to post said report on the institution's website. This data report concerns reports submitted by the institution's employees under the TEC, Section 51.252 that include:

• The types of incidents described in the employees' reports constituting Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, Sexual Harassment, or Stalking as defined in the TEC, Section 51.251.
• Any disciplinary actions (such as Failure to Report or False Reports) taken under TEC, Section 51.255.

Note: The first report for 2020 was run for Jan 1, 2020 thru Sept 30, 2020. All other reports since then were run for Oct 1 thru Sept 30 (ex. Oct 1, 2020 thru Sept 30, 2021). The date range for these reports is filtered by when the initial reports were submitted.
